Dr. Pat J Kolashinski, DC
Dr. Pat grew up in New Richmond, working from a very young age at his parents’ restaurant and horse breeding farm.But he also knew from a very young age that he wanted to be a doctor. Through a series of life’s challenges, he finally decided on chiropractic as his chosen field, and says it was a very good decision.
Lisa grew up on a dairy farm in Elk Mound, WI. Lisa has a penchant for the arts, and so, pursued a BFA, starting at UW-Eau Claire and then moving on to the U of M. Lisa has used that ability to create art to constantly pursue knowledge in nutrition, and to apply it, in making it simple and understandable to everyone.
Life’s a garden, dig it?
Think of your body as a garden… Gardens that receive proper amounts of sunshine, water, and are weeded and cared for, produce in abundance. Gardens that are limited in even one of those, will still produce, but not at the highest level. What kind of garden do you want YOUR health and wellness to be?
What fuels you?
As described in more detail on the Nutrition page, what we eat and what we drink has a direct correlation on our physical health and well being. There’s an old cliche, “when you have your health, you have everything”. Cliche’s start beginning in truth. Think about it. What good is a million dollars if you can’t enjoy it?
Out of sight, out of mind…
People spend countless dollars on their teeth. And why shouldn’t they? Teeth are very important, we use them to eat and who doesn’t love a brilliant white smile? But the bones in your spine are every bit as important… Just because you can’t see them, doesn’t make that any less so. The spinal cord and spinal nerve roots are in very close proximity to those bones… take care of them.
Buck is our friend, our companion, our ‘kid’ and our therapy dog. Sometimes people come to see him more than to see us!
